[Note] This is not a full biography, just the few events I thought were most important.

In June, 2002, Auditions for kids were held.

In all, 27,958 applied, only 15 children, all under 6th grade, were chosen.

At first they were just going to use the kids for small parts, in bigger Hello! Project, events, and songs, but with the possibility of forming a group of their own.

July 2002-The Kids were first Introduced at, Hello!Project 2002, One Happy Summer Day, event in Yoyogi. They went on stage with Tsunku, and Yuko Nakazawa at the beginning of the concert.

December 2002. 4 Kids appear in the Mini Moni movie.

February 2003. Some kids do back up dancing for Miki Fujimoto’s, Boogie Train 2003.

June 2003. A new unit, ZYX, with Hello! Kids, and Mari Yaguchi is announced.

July 2003-Members of ZYX are announced. They will be, Momoko Tsugunaga, Erika Umeda, Maimi Yajima, Megumi Murakami, and, Saki Shimizu, alond with Mari Yaguchi.

September 2003- Zyx First Single, FLY HIGH, is released.

September 2003- New Unit, Aa! Is announced. Member will be, Reina Tanaka, Miyabi Natsuyaki, and Airi Suzuki.

October 2003- Aa! First single, FIRST KISS, is released.

November 2003- Hello! Kids, participate in Hello!Project’s, 2003 sports festival.

December 2003- ZYX 2nd single, Shiroi Tokyo, is released.

Janurary 2004- New Unit is announced. Their Name will be Berryz Koubou. This will be the first group to be made up of completely Hello! Kids. Members are, Miyabi Natsuyaki, Maiha Ishimura, Yurina Kumai, Maasa Sudou, Risako Sugaya, Chinami Tokunaga, Momoko Tsugunaga, Saki Shimizu.

March 2004- Berryz Koubou first single, 'Anata Nashi de wa Seiki te Yukenai' is released.
